We offer three core categories: ① Mods (portable atomizers, high-power mods, and replacement atomizers); ② E-liquids (fruit, mint, tobacco, and other flavors, with 0 nicotine options, and volumes that meet EU 3ml/15ml and other regional compliance standards); and ③ Accessories (charging cables, storage cases, and refills). Product manuals are available upon request.

All products are GMP certified. We provide product test reports for different models, including testing of e-liquid, batteries, and environmentally friendly accessories. We also provide test reports for compliance with local sales laws and regulations upon request.

Yes. Customizable features include product color/logo, e-liquid flavor combinations, and packaging design. The minimum order quantity for a single flavor is 500 pieces. Pre-production samples are required for confirmation, and the customization process takes 15-20 business days.

You can request free samples (limited to two models), and shipping costs are the user’s responsibility. For more than two models or customized samples, a sample fee will be charged (deductible after bulk order confirmation). Samples will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

The MOQ for standard products is 1,000 pieces per model, the MOQ for e-liquids is 200 bottles per flavor, and the MOQ for customized products is 500 pieces per flavor. Bulk purchases (≥10,000 pieces) receive tiered price discounts.

There are two ways: 1. Submit your request through the “Request a Quote” page on our website (please specify the product model, quantity, and target market). We will email you a quote within two business days. 2. Contact customer service directly and provide your company’s qualifications for a detailed quote.

We accept T/T wire transfers (30% deposit, 70% paid before shipment).

Orders can be modified/cancelled free of charge before payment. For orders that have been paid but not yet produced, a 10% deposit handling fee will be deducted for cancellations. For orders that have entered the production stage, cancellations are not supported, but product details can be adjusted through negotiation (any price difference will be refunded or supplemented).

We work with DHL, FedEx, and ocean and air freight forwarders: ① To Europe and the United States: Express delivery takes 5-7 business days, air delivery takes 12-15 business days; ② To Southeast Asia: Express delivery takes 3-5 business days, ocean delivery takes 20-25 business days. Shipping is by default collect on delivery, but you can choose to prepay (calculated based on actual weight and shipping channel). Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide a legal commercial invoice and packing list to assist with customs clearance and tax payment.

Within 24 hours of shipment, we will send a tracking number and link via email or third-party social media platforms. You can track the shipment progress in real time, and we will proactively notify you of any issues.

Standard products: Ship within 7-10 business days after payment; Custom products: 15-20 business days for production and 3-5 business days for logistics preparation. During peak season (around holidays), delivery time may be extended by 3-5 days, and we will notify you in advance.

Within 7 business days of receiving the product, please provide photos and video evidence of damage/malfunction. Upon inspection and confirmation of the problem, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

The warranty period for equipment products is 6 months (non-human damage, such as a mod that won’t turn on or atomizer oil leaking). Accessories are not covered by the warranty, but we provide technical repair guidance.

For restocking orders from existing customers, we have inventory and can ship within 48 hours. If inventory is insufficient, expedited production will incur a 10% expedited fee, shortening delivery time to 3-5 business days.
